Super delegates have nothing what so ever to do with EC except they are the party officials usually, and along with that, don't forget the DNC has been working hard to develop it's own 50 state infrastructure.

Since my state elected a Dem governor last year I witnessed first hand the most impressive DNC machine that came here to work along with and help us rebuild our own state party machine.

The scenario in your comment is not reflective of how it really is, just remember that 50 state strategy.
